iPad in Education Workshop (includes iPad wifi only)
Limited Capacity seats available

THIS EVENT IS BY INVITATION ONLY
iPad changes the way teachers and students access the web, share media, and learn on the go. CUE’s iPad Professional Development takes participants from opening the box & setting up their new iPad to having teachers ready to use it when they walk into the classroom the next day. A major focus will be on applications that can be used in the classroom to engage and ignite student learning and creativity.
This engaging workshop covers the initial setup of iPad, how to add content, how to make the most of iTunes U, and how to find the best educational Apps available - including Apps for creating content and media! An overview of mobile learning in the classroom, and cutting-edge 1:1 programs.
Time permitting, the session includes a primer on using the mobile version of Google Docs (and Forms). Fun hands-on activities and opportunities to explore new Apps make this session a highlight whenever it's presented.
Participants receive an iPad wifi only 16GB. NOTE: Equipment subject to change and may not be most current version if updated within 2 months of conference.
